Shy:
Her petite and pretty looks almost describe her completely. She can be described as a loner, often found keeping to herself some place on the tribe's land or on the sunning rocks. Even though her job is very important to the tribe, she likes to have as little contact as possible. Just because she doesn't like to make friends doesn't mean she's a bad friend, though. If you get to know her she can be the most loyal friend you could hope for.
Intelligent:
Besides being shy, Akili is a very smart cat. In her trade she literally has to think quick on her feet and that makes her a good messenger. She is able to scout out areas and remeber certain places that will lead her home from a mission.
Friendly:
Even though making friends is hard for Akili, she really is very kind. She is a great listener and her calm and intelligent personality makes most cats able to tell her things that may be troubling them. If you should get to know her well you will have the most loyal friend in the tribe. She would give her life to make her friends happy.

Brief History: Akili was born into a normal family of the Sunning Rock tribe. Her mother and father loved their child from the moment she was born, but the love would not last long. Her mother had become sick around the time of her birth and died soon afterwards. Her father was grief stricken and vowed to love his daugther twice as much, for both of them. Akili had always been quiet and reserved, but it just seemed to progress as she got older. She didn't have many friends and her father was a Sentry and was often away, which added to her lonlieness. As a tyro, Akili was origionaly trained to become a healer, thinking that her gift would show healing. Akili even wanted to become a healer, for her fighting skills were never as good as the other Tyros. Later in her life as her father passed away from an infeted wound, her heart was to heavy to keep healing her tribe members. She had lost both of her parents to sickness, and she didn't want to lose any more. Her fighting was not advanced enough to start trainging for a fighting trade, so she was placed as a messenger. Over time she learned to use the land to her advantage to run, and the solitary nature of it suited her needs. She finally found a place she could belong.

Roleplay Example: Akili trotted away fro the rocks near her tribe. Her skinny body parted the tall grasses that covered some of the land and her hard and calloused paws relaxed at the familiar feel of the earth. The cheetah's eyes swept over the grasses, then over her shoudler to ensure she was alone. A smile crept across her face, and she began to run. Faster, faster...The grasses slashed across her sleek pelt as her paws pounded hard against the ground. She lowered her head, ears back as the wind whipped across her face. There was nothing in the world that she loved more. As the hot sun beat down on her golden pelt, she took a deep breath and plunger farther into the golden sea.
